  A small ladies late 19th Century minute repeating Swiss lever by LeCoultre in a gold full hunter case.  Keyless gilt bar movement with frosted steel winding work. Plain cock with polished steel regulator, compensation balance with blue steel overcoil hairspring. English table roller lever escapement escape and lever pivots with endstones.  Slide minute repeating on two polished steel gongs. White enamel dial with Roman and Arabic numerals, blue steel hands. Small plain 18 carat full hunter case, gold repeating slide in the band.  Gold cuvette engraved Examined by Godwin & Son, 304 High Holborn, London.

Very fine 18K gold and enamel pearl- and diamond-set quarter-repeating watch. two-body, back in translucent imperial blue enamel over “sunburst” engine-turning, center with diamond-set rosette, pearl-set bezels. D. White enamel, Arabic numerals, outer minute dot divisions, winding aperture at 2, Blued steel Breguet hands. M. 39 mm (18’’’), frosted gilt full-plate with cylindrical pillars, fusee and chain, verge escapement brass balance with flat balance spring, continental cock pierced and engraved with the letters “CHEVALIER”, repeating on bell (replaced) by depressing the pendant.Signed on the movement by the retailer, on the cock by the maker.Diam. 50 mm.
